We will miss you Kathy. Best wishes for you and your husband. My surgeon told me i was "pushing it" to go on the cruise but he cleared me to travel on Tuesday. Perhaps see you at Waterfront Fest next year. DC aka Dr. Chris

Hi Kathy,

Glad he came through well.
BUT maybe LESS than a few years, thanks to progress in "The Practice of Medicine" and TECH;
I was able to take my 87 y.o. Mom --- with Diabetes, severe COPD, A-Fib, Post Mini-Strokes (on blood thinner diet restrictions), Oxygen Unit, Power Wheel Chair, Suitcase full of meds .... (you get the idea) --- on a 7 Night Cruise (admitted, it wasn't quite as exciting as a Blues Cruise - but was to her as her 1st ever cruise).
SHE did MARVELOUSLY.
We even followed that up with a couple of Mississippi (where she's from & still lives) Blues Festivals.
Again, with the Tech gear "She Did Marvelously"!
Now she's "ridden" with terminal cancer --- SO GLAD we squeezed those in.

Guess I'm "encouraging" SOONER than LATER.
USE the Tech and HOPEFULLY see you both on an LRBC Soon.

God Speed
